Who can participate?

Any youth currently in grades 6-12.  They must be accompanied by an adult.

What is the cost?  What is included in the cost?

The cost for the entire day is only $40  This includes 2 meals, 3 worship and teaching sessions, snacks, games, and activities, as well as a t-shirt!

Can we stay overnight at Camp Allegheny?

Yes!  There is an additional charge of $20 for one night of lodging and breakfast.  You will need to write a separate check to Camp Allegheny and write “Way Maker Lodging” in the memo.

When are the forms and money due?

Please register as early as possible so we can get a more accurate number for ordering t-shirts. Please turn in all forms and checks written directly to “Oakland Church” to Jeremy Barkley. Forms can be returned via fax (814)266-3103 or email to unitedjohnstown@gmail.com. 

Is there a required adult to youth ratio?

Yes, you must have at least 1 adult for every 10 youth.

What if just one youth wants to come?

Contact Jeremy Barkley and he can help connect you with another youth leader who may be able to accommodate an extra student.

What if someone can’t attend the whole event?

Well, that’s a bummer, but we’d love for you to join us for part of the time. If someone in your group needs to leave for part of the conference for any reason, your youth group leader is responsible to coordinate and arrange pick-up and drop-off times with those students’ parents/guardians.

I am not a teenager, but want to attend the worship and messages. Can I attend?
